About Property Khareedo
Property Khareedo is an online property marketplace for Pakistan. It brings people who are looking to buy or rent together with the owners, agents and agencies who have properties to offer.
Our mission
Buying or renting property in Pakistan usually means searching in many places, comparing listings that are laid out differently, and chasing replies. Our mission is to simplify that: to make it easier to find property that fits what you need, to compare it, and to reach the person offering it.
Who Property Khareedo is for
Property seekers can search live listings for sale and for rent, save what they are looking for, and contact the owner or agent directly.
Property owners, agents and agencies can publish listings, receive enquiries, and manage their conversations and leads in one place.
What you can do here
- Search and browse property for sale and rent, and narrow it by city, area, property type, price, size and other details. Browse by place on our locations page.
- Tell us what you need through Find My Property. We keep that requirement and compare it with live listings.
- Get AI-assisted matching: each listing is compared with your requirement and given a match percentage, so the closest ones come first. Matching is an aid to your search, not advice.
- Contact owners and agents by phone, WhatsApp or email, send an enquiry, or chat with them on the platform.
- Publish and manage listings with photos, a map location and, optionally, a video, and follow up with the people who enquire.
How listings reach the marketplace
Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly. A listing that does not meet our rules can be rejected, and the person who posted it is told why so they can correct it. You can read the rules in our Listing Guidelines.
Review is a check of the listing against our rules at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of ownership, legal title or condition, so we encourage everyone to read our Safety & Fraud Prevention guidance before paying for anything.
Our role
Property Khareedo is a marketplace and technology platform. Unless we say otherwise, we are not a party to a sale, purchase or rental between users; those agreements are between the people involved. See our Terms & Conditions.
