1. About Property Khareedo

Property Khareedo is a real-estate marketplace and technology platform that allows users, property owners, agents, and agencies to publish, discover, search for, and communicate about property listings.

Property Khareedo may provide tools for property discovery, matching, communication, lead management, notifications, and related services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Property Khareedo is not a party to any property sale, purchase, lease, rental, tenancy, or other transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit any property or other information you publish.

3. Property Listings

Users may submit property listings subject to these Terms and our platform requirements. See also our Listing Guidelines.

Listing information may include:

• Property title
• Property type
• Sale, rent, or lease purpose
• Price
• Property size
• Location
• Description
• Amenities and features
• Photos
• Videos
• Agent or agency information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, current, and not misleading.

4. Listing Accuracy

Property owners, agents, and agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

You must not:

• Publish false or misleading property information.
• Advertise a property you are not authorized to represent.
• Publish fraudulent listings.
• Misrepresent property ownership or availability.
• Manipulate prices or property information to mislead users.
• Upload stolen or unauthorized photographs, videos, documents, or other content.
• Publish duplicate listings for deceptive purposes.
• Provide inaccurate location information intentionally.

Property Khareedo may review, moderate, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or our platform policies.

5. Property Verification

Where Property Khareedo provides listing verification, verification indicates that the listing has passed the applicable verification process at the relevant time.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee of:

• Property ownership.
• Legal title.
• Property condition.
• Property value.
• Seller or agent identity beyond the scope of the verification process.
• Future availability.
• Transaction completion.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Abuse messaging or communication features.
• Spam other users.
• Scrape or systematically collect platform data without authorization.
• Circumvent platform security or access controls.
• Manipulate search results, listings, reviews, leads, or other platform functionality.
• Use automated systems in a manner that violates our policies or applicable law.

7. Property Transactions

Property Khareedo facilitates discovery and communication but does not guarantee the completion or success of any transaction.

Any agreement involving the purchase, sale, rental, lease, booking, or other transfer or use of property is between the relevant parties.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including where appropriate:

• Ownership verification.
• Documentation review.
• Property inspection.
• Price verification.
• Legal verification.
• Tax and regulatory checks.
• Identity verification of the other party.

Property Khareedo does not guarantee that a property will be available, legally transferable, accurately represented, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Communication and Leads

Property Khareedo may provide messaging, inquiry, lead, notification, and follow-up functionality.

By using these features, you agree that relevant information may be shared with the parties necessary to facilitate the communication or inquiry.

Users must not use these features for spam, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized marketing.

9. AI and Automated Matching

Property Khareedo may provide AI-powered property matching, search assistance, automated recommendations, and other AI-based functionality.

AI-generated results are provided as assistance and may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations.

AI recommendations or matches do not constitute professional, legal, financial, valuation, or real-estate advice.

Users should independently verify important information before making decisions.

10. User-Generated Content

You retain responsibility for content you submit to Property Khareedo.

By submitting content, including property photographs, videos, descriptions, and other materials, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
• The content does not violate another person's rights.
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading.
• You have the necessary authority to publish the content.

You grant Property Khareedo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services.

11. Photos and Videos

Property images and videos must accurately represent the advertised property and must not infringe third-party rights.

Property Khareedo may remove or restrict media that violates these Terms.

Where videos are hosted through third-party services, such as YouTube, additional third-party terms and policies may apply.

12. Intellectual Property

The Property Khareedo name, logo, branding, website design, software, interfaces, databases, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Property Khareedo unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

13. Payments and Subscriptions

Where Property Khareedo offers paid services, applicable fees, billing terms, and payment conditions will be presented before payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Certain services may become active only after successful payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, fees for completed services may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable refund policy and applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Account and Access Restrictions

Property Khareedo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to accounts, listings, or platform features where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred.
• A listing contains misleading or prohibited information.
• The platform is being abused.
• Security is at risk.
• Required by law or a valid legal request.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an explanation, subject to security, legal, and operational considerations.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment, mapping, communication, analytics, video hosting, cloud infrastructure, and other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Property Khareedo is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

16. Availability of the Services

We aim to keep Property Khareedo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical failures.
• Security incidents.
• Infrastructure problems.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Property Khareedo provides the marketplace and related services on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every listing is accurate.
• Every property is genuine or available.
• Property information is complete.
• Users will successfully complete transactions.
• Listings will appear in a particular search position.
• AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate.
• The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Property Khareedo and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of the Services or transactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Property Khareedo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the Services.
• Content you submit.
• Your property listing.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your transactions or communications with other users.

20. Changes to These Terms
